Baking Rock Salmon is a very easy way to cook the Rock Salmon or any kind of fish.
1 Pre heat your oven to 200c
2 Wash your Rock Salmon fillet and place it in a foil sheet your will foil parcel it in. Put on the spices and herbs you want on both sides, squeeze some lemon on it, put 2 slices of lemon on the top of each fillet
3 Add a thick slice of butter on top of the Rock Salmon. Then pour in some liquid or stock, you can just use water if you want to
3 Wrap the foil up into a loose parcel around the Rock Salmon you want to bake and put in the over for 30 minutes
I used quite a bit of pepper, some salt, paprika and a little bit of basil to flavour it and it was bloody lovely.
